Habit Harvest: Habit Tracker Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Processing

The Application is designed with a privacy-first approach.

The Developer does not collect, track, store, or process personal data for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.

The Application does not require user registration and does not directly collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

However, certain limited data processing may occur through Apple-provided services as described below.

2. On-Device Data Storage

All data created within the Application — including habit records, farm progress, timer sessions, and user preferences — is stored locally on the user's device.

The Developer does not have access to this data and does not store it on external servers.

3. iCloud Synchronization (Optional)

The Application offers an optional iCloud synchronization feature, which is enabled only with the user's explicit consent.

When enabled:

• Data is stored and synchronized via the user's personal iCloud account
• Data is handled by Apple using secure and encrypted infrastructure
• The Developer does not have direct access to this data
• The Developer does not operate any servers or databases

Users can disable iCloud synchronization at any time from within the Application settings.

4. Purchases and Payment Information

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's StoreKit framework.

• All payments are handled by Apple Inc.
• The Developer does not have access to payment details such as credit card or banking information
• Purchase records are managed by Apple under App Store terms

5. Third-Party Services

The Application does not integrate third-party SDKs or services for:

• Advertising
• Analytics
• Tracking
• Social media integration

The only external services used are Apple's system services (such as iCloud and StoreKit), which are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

The Developer does not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• All data remains on the user's device or in their personal iCloud account
• Deleting the Application removes all locally stored data
• Users can delete all app data at any time from within the Application
• If iCloud synchronization is enabled, users must manage and delete their data through iCloud settings

8. Children's Privacy

The Application is suitable for users of all ages.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any users.

9. International Users

The Application is distributed globally via the App Store.

Since data is stored locally or within the user's iCloud account, the Developer does not perform international data transfers.

10. Security

Data security depends on:

• Device-level protections (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Apple's iCloud security infrastructure

Because the Developer does not maintain servers, exposure to data breaches is significantly reduced.

11. Legal Compliance (GDPR & KVKK)

The Application is designed to align with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

As the Application does not directly collect or process personal data, many regulatory obligations may not apply. However, compliance is evaluated based on applicable legal requirements.

12. User Rights

Since the Developer does not directly process personal data, data subject rights (such as access, correction, or deletion) may not apply in practice.

However, users may contact the Developer at any time regarding any concerns.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated through the Application or via an update.
